A value added tax identification number pursuant to section 27a of the German Value Added Tax Act does not currently exist. As a small business within the meaning of section 19 of that Act, no value added tax is charged and therefore none is shown.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under the general laws. However, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity (sections 7 et seq. DDG). If we become aware of such infringements, we remove the content concerned without delay.

For the images generated with the app, section 8 of the Terms of Use applies: users are responsible for the photos and motifs they upload.
